As we embark on the New Year, it’s an excellent time to take stock of where you’re investing your energy.
What we unfold our awareness into has a huge influence on our lives.
Do you focus your energy on stress, what’s not going right or thinking you’re not enough?
This kind of focus leads to more scarcity, stress + pressure.
It literally attracts more of the energy we don’t want into our lives.
Yet, it’s often human nature to focus this way.
It takes presence and practice to release the bonds of negativity + instead choose to focus on love, abundance, enlightenment + peace.
When we focus our energy on higher vibrational energies, our lives start to automatically turn around.
It opens up new neural pathways that lead to inspiration, increased creativity + innovative solutions.
It reduces struggle and creates more flow and ease, no matter what you’re going through.
So this year, I invite you to choose 1 energy you will focus your awareness on.

Stop and observe where you are focusing your energy.
If it’s not your energy of choice for 2024, reset by saying to yourself, “I choose to focus my energy on (whatever you have chosen).”

It’s more powerful than you can imagine.
I started doing this in December and it’s been life changing for me.
When I find myself worried or stressed about life, the world, a relationship or anything…
I reset by saying, “I choose to unfold my energy on enlightenment + divine love higher consciousness.”
Then I emanate gratitude + everything gets easier, including my relationship to the situation.
