The Hidden Blessings of Gratitude

Did you know that gratitude literally rewires your brain and boosts your feel good neurotransmitters including serotonin and dopamine?

Simply searching for something to feel grateful for makes your brain more efficient, strengthens your emotional intelligence and changes the neurons in your brain making it easier to be happy.

And gratitude also helps you sleep better. Yep, science shows that if you wake up and can’t get back to sleep, one of the most effective things you can do is focus on what you’re grateful for and you’ll be more likely to be snoozing right away.

So when you’re having a tough day or night, take a moment to think of three people, animals or experiences you can be grateful for, past or present. You’ll immediately begin to reset your hormones, rewire your neural pathways, and positively enhance your emotions, even if you can’t come up with much because it’s the very act of focusing on gratitude that produces these shifts.

During years of coaching, I’ve witnessed what a big difference connecting with gratitude can make for clients so I developed powerful gratitude coaching techniques for the Transform Coaching Academy that help people have more success and activate the Law of Attraction. Miracles happen…

What are you grateful for? Post below and let us know, then savor gratitude and feel the blessings.

Me, I’m grateful for you and our connection. This world can feel so crazy sometimes and I want to acknowledge you for being your beautiful self and for all the love and joy you bring to those around you. Your presence here matters and together we can create a better world. May the giving of thanks flow throughout our world so we all experience the many gifts of gratitude.

Please post below about what you are grateful for. It would be really good to hear from you and you sharing will help others.

Sending you love, light and much gratitude!

I am grateful for my three cats Muffin, Princesdiana and Divi. I am proud of our eldest cat Muffin because she trusted our decision to move to Aruba. She has adjusted beautifully. I am proud of Princesdiana because she faithfully helps me transmute low vibes. Last but not least, I am proud of our youngest rescue kitty Divi. She no longer has food aggression and she’s stopped destroying the toilet paper.

I am grateful for those who believed in me throughout my journey (family and friends past, present and future). My personal bubble here in trees and mountains of beautiful Northern WA, and the wisdom of my years walking this planet, delivering me to this point of my life, alive, happy and wholly myself. Looking forward to the next adventure…

I am grateful for so many things. So, let me say that I am grateful for all the experiences that I have had that brought me to here and now, to this present with love, harmony and joy and be able to be in this programme of like-minded and heart-centered folks. More importantly, I am grateful that I recently was able to heal myself 95% of angina through my own ministrations without any of the dreaded pharmaceuticals and without any current medical intervention. The cardiologist said yesterday that no one can heal my defective aortic valve, not him and not me. Well, I challenge that prognosis and look forward to being grateful that I was able to repair that too!

Dear Saroni, your gratitude for all your life experiences is so inspiring! I know that your attitude towards life is magnetizing so many more wonderful experiences to you. Congratulations on healing your angina!! That’s so wonderful. Envisioning you healing your arotic valve and all levels. Focusing on how grateful you will be when you’ve repaired it will give your body a big boost with that healing. So grateful to you!
