How to Prioritize Your Inner Peace

Do you ever have people or situations that create turmoil in your life?

If you’re like most people, you’re probably nodding your head right now…

When chaos crops up, it’s essential to prioritize yourself + your peace

But you may be wondering–what are the best ways to do this?

It might be about allowing yourself to enjoy the little moments of your life, no matter what is swirling around you.

This could include listening to music, taking a bath, finding a way to laugh or being in nature

Or it could involve asking what spiritual lesson you’re meant to learn from the situation.

I recently had a situation like this.

I decided rather than getting caught up in the drama, I would focus on peace.

It made such a big difference.

In my case, when I focused on the spiritual lesson, I discovered it was about letting go.

So I decided to let go of the hurt and give love to myself + everyone involved.

What about you?

What will help you find peace in stressful situations?

Post below and let us know what resonates with you.

Sending you love + light for reclaiming your peace.

I had to step away from a very good friend due to the chaos and damage she was doing to me. I hated doing this but it was ruining my marriage and my sanity.

I ask myself if this is the end I want—to be stressed out and pulling my hair or do I want to be like a serene cobalt blue lake with the full moon reflecting on it? As I visualize the lake, I immediately feel calm and regain my stillness to take steps less emotionally. It works for me!

I take baths, sometimes cry to let go.

Pilar, crying can be so healing, such a release. Soaking in the bath is an incredibly powerful way to restore peace.
Thank you. Sending you love xoxo Eve
